THE LESSON OF THE DRAGONFLY
(Vision before writing and creating the song, Dragonfly Dance)
Little Angel Girl, sitting in a field of wild flowers. The flowers dance in the breeze around her but she does not see them. Nearby the dragonfly is flying in and out of the flowers. He sees the little Angel Girl crying. He goes to her, flies around her head but she does not see him. The dragonfly does not give up and once again flies around her head. This time she looks up. The dragonfly is happy, excited! He flies up and down. He flips in the air and shows off by flying backwards. Slowly the little Angel Girl’s tears fade. A smile starts to appear. She reaches for the dragonfly but he moves just out of her reach. The little Angel Girl rises to her feet. Step by step she follows the dragonfly reaching for him, smiling at his dance. Then she begins to run in the field of flowers with the dragonfly. The lesson of the dragonfly is to let the joy of light pull you to your feet. It’s time to follow the dragonfly…….come dance…….
